Caps Elevated was born from a moment of inspiration during a date night. While shopping and waiting for a restaurant table, we stumbled across a leather patch hat that caught our eye. With the equipment and a passion for creating, we headed home and began crafting our own version. Determined to make something truly unique, we spent two years perfecting a process to inlay wood into leather patches without compromising either material’s integrity.
What started as a creative experiment grew into a thriving business. Today, Caps Elevated offers a wide range of custom apparel and swag, from hats and shirts to sweatshirts, mugs, water bottles, and even full-size baseball bats. We’ve expanded our capabilities with an embroidery machine, vinyl cutter, and DTF transfers, allowing us to bring bold, personalized designs to life for businesses and individuals alike—including crafting one-of-a-kind hats for Post Malone.
